Yoga for Strength
Will be held on November 5, 2017 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. at Villager Yoga
Muscular strength is built through time and dedication Yoga for Strength will be structured as a slow flow vinyasa class, where you will be moving through sequences at a slower and more controlled pace to engage each muscle and concentrate on pranayama.
This class is for those who have participated in a foundational yoga class, such as the Yoga for Courage class, as well as all level practitioners. Come ready to move intentionally and work up a sweat, while building your muscular strength.
Each student will be given access to a list of strength building resources to support a continuing practice.
