Yoga for Honor
Will be held on November 19, 2017 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. at Villager Yoga
The final offering in this series will be a yin style yoga class, centered around honoring ourselves and our bodies. We will move through a gentle flow to get our bodies warm and then hold several seated postures for extended periods of time to stretch our body and relieve any caught energy or sensitive areas. Pranayama (breathing) practice within these stretches will be instructed to better our bodies and get the full benefits of stretching.
This class is for all levels of yoga practitioners.
Each student will leave with their honor candles, as well as a reflection challenge.
