Yoga for Grit
Will be held on November 12, 2017 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. at Villager Yoga
Grit is a trait that is imperative for continuing self-improvement in our personal journeys. Humans are stronger and more resilient creatures, but we aren’t always taught this. This class will be a hatha (heated) yoga flow with concentration on fire and rapid movement. This class is meant for challenging your body and your mental state to better your tolerance for grit and hard work.
This class is for those who have participated in a foundational yoga class, such as the Yoga for Courage class, as well as all level practitioners who are looking to sweat and move.
Each student will be given access to a list of resources for building resilience and grit to become the self you imagine.
