Yoga for Courage

Yoga for courage is intended for just that. This class will encourage courage within community. Come ready for a vinyasa style yoga flow, aimed for beginners and level 1 & 2 practitioners
This class is for those who have never taken a yoga class and have maybe even held the belief that they aren’t good enough or ready for a yoga class.
This workshop is also for those who are consistent level 1 and 2 yoga practitioners who are wanting to go deeper into their practice.
The truth is you cannot be good at yoga, you can only be courageous. This class will instruct alignment of foundational yoga poses, as well as the basics of pranayama practice (breathing) and will end with experiencing some of the courageous yoga poses, such as bird of paradise posture and bow pose.
Each student will be given access to a list of foundational yoga resources to support a continuing practice.
